Bad Habits or Healthy Living
Along with the usual things that we think of when we think of healthy living, like the right food and exercise there are some other things that we need to get rid of that can prevent healthy living. These are the bad habits of our lives.
The first one is smoking.  It is hard to commit to a healthy life if you are smoking. Smoking can cause numerous diseases. Along with cancer smoking can also cause Angina, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, heart attack, and stroke. It is never too late to stop smoking. 2 years after a smoker stops the heart attack rate drops back to normal. 10 years after smoking is stopped the risk og lung disease drops back to normal. With all of these possible diseases from smoking a person that ones healthy living should not smoke.
Alcohol use is another bad habit people that want healthy living should give up. Along with the obvious such as hangovers and depression alcohol can cause many other serious diseases including cancer. Healthy living can not be accomplished by drinking alcohol. One way you can achieve the healthy living you are looking for is the crevax diet. But alcohol is not it.
Many people these days use and abuse drugs. Weather they get them from the doctor or off the street drug abuse is a very common problem among Americans. Many times that a person abuses a drug it is prescribed by a doctor and every time they go back the doctor gives them more leading to addiction. Some ways that you can tell if a person is addicted to drugs is if they are constantly agitated, if they have blood shot eyes, a dazed appearance, excessive sweating, flushed skin, insomnia, a consistent runny nose,kate spade bags, personality changes, unexplained weight loss and unpredicted mood swings. Many times a teen may show other signs like temper tantrums, sloppy dress, lack of interest in school and hanging around new friends however many times a teen will show no signs of drug addiction.
Sometimes a little stress can be good for us it can help get us motivated to do things that we need to do better than anything else could. However too much stress is a bad thing. Excess stress can cause headaches, sleeping problems,kate spade outlet, stomach problems, and mood problems. These are not the signs you want around when you are trying to live healthy.
Another area that we need to take control of if we are going for healthy living is our teeth. We should take care of our teeth if we don’t we could loose them. Not brushing and flossing your teeth like you are suppose to can lead to bad breath,kate spade bags, tooth and gum disease and you could even loose your teeth. Healthy living is a total process and we have to make adjustments to achieve our healthy living goals. The ultimate choice is yours what is more important your bad habits or a long healthy life?
